Cancellation Policy
PARTY BOOKING WAIVER AND CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES This Party Booking Waiver and Customer Responsibilities document ("Agreement") is entered into between The Foundry, Bell Lane, Brecon, LD3 9EE ("Venue") and ("Customer") in connection with the booking of the venue for a private party or event. **Customer Responsibilities:** By signing this Agreement, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the following responsibilities: 1. Decorations: - Customers are allowed to decorate the venue for the event. - All decorations must be approved by The Foundry in advance. - No nails, tacks, or adhesive materials that may damage surfaces are allowed. No sellotape or double sided tape permitted. - Early arrival of 30 minutes before is permitted for decoration. 2. **Arrival Time:** - Customers must arrive at The Foundry at the agreed-upon start time. - Early access may be available upon request and must be approved by The Foundry. 3. **Responsibilities of Adults with Children:** - Adults are responsible for the supervision and behavior of all children present. - Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times, especially in areas where there are potential hazards. - The Foundry is not responsible for any injuries or accidents involving children. 4. **Clean-Up:** - Customers are responsible for cleaning up The Foundry after the event. - All decorations, personal items, and rubbish must be removed. - A cleaning fee will be charged if The Foundry is not left in the condition it was found. 6. **Damages:** - Customers are financially responsible for any damage caused to The Foundry or its property during the event. 7. Smoking: - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside The Foundry. Indemnification: Customers agree to indemnify and hold The Foundry harmless from any claims.
